◆Current state
Cody is a white-label ecommerce platform for retailers in New Zealand and Australia, built around a POS-linked promotions engine. A second batch of ten releases landed at once on October 27: a rebuilt Products module with one page per product and in-app editing, in-store sales and local inventory feeds for Google Ads, accessibility scoring in Page Builder v3, and Google Tag Gateway. Promotions v2 also gained safer OnTempo imports, and a bundle-save bug was fixed.
◆Where it's heading
The October batches move Cody from storefront-and-promotions toward the retailer's whole data loop: product data edited in Cody instead of upstream systems, and store sales and stock fed to ad bidding. Most features ship per site and start with OnTempo POS sites, so the OnTempo integration is becoming the default path for new capability. Self-service is a recurring line in the notes, aimed at fewer support tickets for product and promotion issues.
◆Prediction
Expect the new Products module to replace the old one once feedback is in, with editing extended to more fields and integrations beyond OnTempo. The entries don't say when the rollout finishes.

📦 Meet the new Products module

A rebuilt Products module puts each product on one page, explains why an item isn't showing online, and adds bulk attribute export and re-import. It runs next to the old module and rolls out OnTempo sites first, the same POS-first path as the promotions work.

🛍️ Bring your in-store sales and stock into Google Ads

Store sales now upload to Google Ads as offline conversions, and a local inventory feed shows in-store stock on Shopping ads, both over one Google Ads connection. It extends Cody's POS link from promotions into ad bidding, so retailers' campaigns learn from store revenue too.

✏️ Edit products directly in the new Products module

The new Products module also takes edits: product details, variant stock, attributes and multi-image uploads per colour, with field-level validation. Editing is switched on per site and per field, so Cody becomes a place to change product data, not just view it, where the integration allows.

♿ Build more accessible content with accessibility scoring

Page Builder v3 now scores content for accessibility while you build, flagging low contrast, busy banners, mobile display issues and oversized images. It adds a quality check to the merchandising tools rather than new layout options.

🔗 Promotions that keep shoppers browsing and stay in sync with OnTempo

Promotions v2 cart captions can now link back to the promo range, and an OnTempo update that fails to import switches the old promotion off instead of leaving stale rules running. The import log now shows refusals, which hardens the POS sync the promotions engine depends on.

🛠️ Bundle promotions save correctly again

A fix so new bundle promotions save their buckets, status and live setting, with a clear message when a save fails.
