Accepts daily counts or cumulative germination data
The most useful change in the feed for anyone entering data: germination can now be supplied as daily counts or as a cumulative series, rather than the package assuming one form. Timeline selection factors improve and the GerminaQuant app is updated alongside, as it is in nearly every release.

Logo and site refresh; bracketed columns excluded in app
Logos and webpage updates, plus a rule excluding bracketed columns from analysis in GerminaQuant. Cosmetic apart from the column filter.

Plot control expands: axis breaks, vector colours, significance sizing
A plotting release on both sides of the project. fplot() gains absolute y-axis breaks, colour by vector, control over significance label font size and border removal, textcolor() is added, and the app picks up multi-layer graphs and optional error bars. It is the middle of the stretch where chart control was the main thing being built.

Breaking fplot() syntax change; webTable() added
The notes open by stating the release is incompatible with older versions because fplot() argument syntax changed. In exchange fplot() accepts additional ggplot2 layers such as coord_flip(), webTable() is added, and the app swaps ggpubr for cowplot while reorganising its modules.

pkgdown documentation site and Zenodo record added
Documentation infrastructure rather than function changes: a pkgdown site, updated vignettes, a Zenodo record, and dependency fixes for the app. Labelled a major change in the notes, but nothing in the analysis changes.

GerminaR 1.1
A contentless tag whose body restates the version number and nothing else. It was also pushed 36 seconds after the 2.0.0 tag despite carrying a lower version, so the ordering in this part of the feed reflects when tags were uploaded, not when the versions were released.
