v0.92.2: compactor delay setting and an MCP base-URI fix
Three items: a configurable compactor delete-files delay, a backported fix for MCP tool calls returning 404 when ZO_BASE_URI is set, and Chinese localization corrections. Small, but the MCP fix matters for anyone running OpenObserve behind a path prefix.

v0.92.1 brings the MCP server setup page to the OSS build
The MCP server setup page is served on the OSS build rather than enterprise only, and alert aggregation HAVING clauses are typed from the aggregate instead of the column. Moving MCP setup into the free tier is consistent with how OpenObserve has been treating agent access.

v0.92.0 adds synthetic monitoring, workflows, and AI observability
⚡ SPARKThe largest release in the project's history and the pivot point for everything since: three new product surfaces, SLO measurement, external incident ingestion, and Vortex plus the MCP server moving to open source. The two patches after it are servicing exactly these additions.

RC3 adds agent-level filters and parallel zstd compression
The substantive candidate in the series - agent-level filters, parallel zstd compression, an option to disable default index fields, plus PagerDuty integration fixes. Much of what shipped as v0.92.0 was already visible here.

v0.91.5 patches an RBAC migration and a layout bug
Two fixes on the 0.91 maintenance line: a metric stream name RBAC migration backport and a CSS width issue. Evidence the previous line was still being serviced while 0.92 was in candidates.
