SendPortal resurfaces with a v4 patch release, its first tag since 2020.

◆Current state
SendPortal's last tagged release before this month was v1.0.3 in July 2020. On October 22 it published v4.0.0.1, which fixes sp:install skipping migrations on fresh installs and a route-caching failure from a duplicate logout route. The changelog link implies a v4.0.0 release just before it, which isn't in the tracked entries.
◆Where it's heading
A major version followed by fixes to the installer suggests the project is active again and new installs are being tested. With two tagged releases six years apart, there's no cadence to read yet.
◆Prediction
If v4 is a real revival, more point releases should follow within weeks; another long silence would mean v4 was a one-off.
