v3.12.1 reaches stable channels; saved-plan deploy fix
A one-fix patch for deploys from saved plans that contain a blind apply. What matters is the channel list: it is the first v3 release in the feed published to stable and rock-solid, which suggests v3 is moving from the dev track toward production use.

v2.84.0: publish cached images with require-built-images
With require-built-images, werf can now publish images it finds in cache instead of failing or rebuilding, which matters for pipelines that split build and deploy stages. It is the v2 half of a same-day pair with v3.12.0.

v3.12.0: publish cached images with require-built-images
The v3 dev line gets the same cached-image publishing as v2.84.0, keeping the two lines in step on build features. v3.11 does not appear in the feed.

v2.83.0: pinned-commit submodule fetch, import recovery
v2.83.0 fetches only the pinned commit of submodules missing locally and fixes interrupted Stapel imports and bad cached-stage configs. Leaner git work continues the build-inputs focus of v2.82.0.

v3.10.0: own Helm-compatible release storage, submodule fetch
v3.10.0 carries the same build fixes as v2.83.0 but adds werf's own Helm-compatible release storage with streamed reads. That is the first deploy-side divergence for v3 in this window.

v2.82.0: git provenance for build commands, separate metadata repos
Build commands can now read git source provenance, and v2 can keep metadata in a separate repository. Unsuffixed list environment variables are accepted. It is the first v2 feature release after a run of fix-only patches.
