◆Current state
Workable is a recruiting platform that is building a full HR suite around its applicant tracking. October added real-time attendance, bulk e-signature actions and now recurring pulse surveys, along with locale-aware formatting across the product. On the recruiting side, the AI Agent runs on metered credits for bulk candidate evaluation.
◆Where it's heading
Most recent releases go to Workable HR, not recruiting: time and attendance, surveys, document workflows, and module toggles that make the suite easier to adopt in pieces. Recurring surveys are gated to Premier, Enterprise and a paid add-on, which shows the HR expansion is also a packaging strategy.
◆Prediction
Expect more Performance & Engagement features behind plan gates, plus continued localization work after the three-English-locale launch.

    Pulse and engagement surveys can now repeat monthly, quarterly, twice a year or annually, with response tracking for each cycle in the Survey Hub. It's another HR-suite feature behind higher plans or the Performance & Engagement add-on.

    View attendance in real time

    Clock-in and clock-out data now sits in the Work Calendar next to schedules and time off, with filters for late arrivals, overtime, short shifts and missing attendance. It moves Workable HR from storing employee records toward running daily workforce operations, and the Ergani support shows it is built with Greek labor reporting in mind.
