CodeRabbit
CodeRabbit moves its review status to a GitHub check run and keeps Deep Scan coverage fresh.
A side-by-side editorial comparison of Cloudflare and GitHub — release velocity, themes, recent moves, and the top alternatives to consider.
Cloudflare is making itself a cloud that agents can sign up for, pay for, and deploy to unassisted.
Two threads dominate. One is platform hardening — a multi-quarter resiliency program declared complete, post-quantum IPsec reaching GA, and panic recovery for Rust Workers. The other is agent-facing: letting agents open accounts and buy domains, and giving Workers a durable execution model that follows the tenant.
At Universe, GitHub folds Copilot into Enterprise seats and lets Copilot Fusion pick the model.
GitHub used Universe on October 28 to ship ten Copilot changes in an hour. Two change the terms: Copilot Fusion is GA and routes each task across models so users stop choosing one, and enterprises working with an account team can now get Copilot included for every GitHub Enterprise user instead of licensing it separately. Around them sit shared Copilot Automations, a code-scanning security extension for the Copilot app, multi-repo work in the app, image generation, and GA of the open-source Agentic Workflows.

The hardening work reads as clearing the ground for the second thread. Cloudflare is removing the human steps between an agent writing code and that code running in production, while making the underlying platform predictable enough to trust with unattended workloads.
Expect the agent onboarding path to gain more controls around spend and permissions, and Dynamic Workflows to become the default execution model pitched to multi-tenant platforms building on Workers.

Copilot is moving from a per-seat add-on with a model picker to a default layer of GitHub itself. Routing replaces model choice, bundling replaces a second purchase decision, and Automations plus Agentic Workflows move agents from individual sessions into team-owned, triggered processes. The October 26 work on assisted permissions and cheaper agent models was the groundwork for this.
Expect Fusion routing to extend from cloud to local models (already in experimental preview) and admin controls over which models Fusion may route to; how the bundled Copilot is priced outside account-team deals is not yet clear from the entries.
