Fulcrum turns on Insights, its AI assistant for field data, for every customer.
Fulcrum, a field data collection platform, opened Insights to all customers on all plans as a public beta, on by default. Users ask questions in plain language across up to five apps and get charts, maps and tables, with an org-level off switch. Around it, web, iOS and Android releases fixed map, GPS and photo markup issues and tuned Photo FastFill and Insights styling.
Tinylytics is quietly adding AI and agent integration — MCP queries from the dashboard, n8n hooks.
Tinylytics ships in weekly changelog batches rather than versioned releases, which makes individual releases hard to isolate. The recent period shows two notable additions: the ability to query site analytics through an AI assistant from within the dashboard, and n8n/agent workflow integration for analytics data. The rest is polish — better onboarding confirmations, bot filtering improvements, content monitoring refinements.

Fulcrum is adding AI at both ends of its workflow: FastFill extracts data from photos and audio at capture, and Insights answers questions about the data afterwards. Mobile releases stay focused on reliability for GPS and map features still in beta.
Expect Insights to move toward general availability or paid packaging once the beta collects usage, and GPS Integration to leave beta after the current fix cycle.

The product is expanding from a minimalist analytics tool into one that pipes data into AI and automation workflows. Passkeys, Ultra AI portfolio insights, and the MCP-accessible dashboard point toward a vision where analytics data is queryable by agents, not just humans reading a chart.
Structured API or webhook support that lets automation platforms pull analytics data on demand — rather than periodic exports — would be the natural completion of the n8n and agent integration work.
