What is Resend?

Resend is wiring itself into every agent runtime it can reach, and now adding the controls to stop a send.

Most recent entries are about who or what can call Resend rather than about email delivery itself: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, a remote MCP server tracking the current spec, a Codex plugin, a one-click Claude connector, and support for the Agent Plugins Standard. The email product still gets attention — suppressions, template folders, a compatibility checker in the code editor, and now cancellation of scheduled or queued Broadcasts from the API. Entries are terse one-liners, so the shipping cadence reads faster than the surface area actually changing.

What is saperlipopette?

saperlipopette turned Git disasters into practice exercises, then passed peer review

saperlipopette creates disposable Git repositories in a temporary path, each staged into a specific broken or interesting state so users can practice recovering from it. Three releases span October 2025 to May 2026, ending with a 1.0.0 that reflects completed rOpenSci-style peer review — reviewers and editors are named in the release notes.

6.3

Resend is wiring itself into every agent runtime it can reach, and now adding the controls to stop a send.

◆ Current state

Most recent entries are about who or what can call Resend rather than about email delivery itself: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, a remote MCP server tracking the current spec, a Codex plugin, a one-click Claude connector, and support for the Agent Plugins Standard. The email product still gets attention — suppressions, template folders, a compatibility checker in the code editor, and now cancellation of scheduled or queued Broadcasts from the API. Entries are terse one-liners, so the shipping cadence reads faster than the surface area actually changing.

◆ Where it's heading

Resend is treating agents as the next class of sending client and building the authorization and discovery plumbing they need before that traffic arrives. The progression is legible: authenticate third parties (OAuth), be callable (MCP), be installable per vendor (Codex, Claude), then be installable by standard. The Cancel Broadcast API is the first sign of the next phase — once non-human callers can schedule sends, the ability to revoke one programmatically stops being a convenience.

◆ Prediction

Authorization and discovery are covered and reversibility has now started; the remaining gap is what an agent is permitted to send in the first place, so scoped per-agent sending limits or approval gates before dispatch are the natural next piece.

saperlipopette turned Git disasters into practice exercises, then passed peer review

◆ Current state

saperlipopette creates disposable Git repositories in a temporary path, each staged into a specific broken or interesting state so users can practice recovering from it. Three releases span October 2025 to May 2026, ending with a 1.0.0 that reflects completed rOpenSci-style peer review — reviewers and editors are named in the release notes.

◆ Where it's heading

The package grew its exercise catalogue and then stopped to be reviewed. 0.1.1 added five exercises covering git blame, finding deleted files and lines via git log, ancestry parsing with rev-parse, and worktrees, and added switch/restore instructions alongside the checkout equivalents. 1.0.0 adds no exercises at all: it is interface polish, clarified use cases, documented workflows on every manual page, and internal renaming to align scripts with the functions they contain. Internationalisation was in from 0.1.0, with Spanish and French translations of both messages and commit messages.

◆ Prediction

With review complete and the structure documented, adding exercises is the cheap next move — the 0.1.1 batch shows the pattern. Whether more translations follow depends on contributors the entries do not name.
