The form-sync work is the intake end of that: contacts now arrive from sources that have nothing to do with a booking, which is the same boundary invoicing crossed on the billing side when it let money be collected for work the calendar never touched. Each release is small and none carries the shift on its own, but the set is close to complete.

Segmentation and templating are the obvious follow-on to outbound email, since personalized sending without lists to send to is only half a workflow. Whether invoicing gains recurring billing remains the open question these entries do not answer.
