MCP is the external answer, and it is the one that changes the surface: GPT, Claude and Gemini can now query employee records and execute HR actions without Zoho building an integration for each. This follows the same pattern already run across Zoho Sign, Social, Inventory, Recruit, Mail, Billing and Cliq, so the suite-wide direction is settled; People is simply the latest module to get it.
